Harold B. Wiggins is the Founder, President and CEO of PEH Organics Recycling Inc and has over 60 years of experience in the waste management field. A third generation in the waste industry; joining his family’s operation in New York at the age of ten. He attended college at the State of New York Farmingdale Long Island pursuing a degree in education.
After college Harold focused toward the evolving wasting industry. Harold has worked in every aspect of the industry first starting back of the truck and ending up in the front office
Harold’s experience includes such companies as Tobey’s a Solid Waste Company - Cape Cod, BFI - Cape Cod Sales Manager and BFI - Brockton MA. Assistant General Manager, and Waste Disposal Inc. General Manager. We have carefully recruited our team from years of contacts in the industry.
